If you bring your IT equipment into the North Notts Business Centre, we will repair it with no labour charge. All parts are charged at cost.

**Call-Out IT Support
If you would prefer, one of our technicians will visit your premises and repair your equipment on site. The standard charge for this is £35.00 inc VAT per hour. Parts are charged at cost price.

***Remote IT Support
If the fault is a software issue, it may be possible to repair it from a remote location. One of our technicians will dial in from the office to your computer and attempt to repair the issue. There are two levels offered: OFFICE HOURS (0900 - 1700) charged at £10.00 inc VAT per calendar month or 24 HOURS charged at £30.00 inc VAT per calendar month. If the fault cannot be recitified, the technician will suggest one of the other IT Support Options.
